In order to overcome above-mentioned problems,have taken shape fast in recent years and the computer has been digital control(CNC).It only needs the man-hour of the traditional processing method 30-50% and cost of 20-35%, can make products sample or the mould directly .
Only need to offer the three-dimensional data of the products,can process the model as mould.The model palm can examine appearance design,inspection structural design,avoid holding the risk of the mould directly,make the time of emerging of products advanced greatly .
